Religion in brief PRINCETON, N.J.: ON THE ROAD

Bangor Theological Seminary President William C. Imes was in New Jersey last week as part of a conference designed to help shape the way the clergy of tomorrow are trained. The Princeton Theological Seminary conference June 18-22 asked participants, including Imes, to share their views on how theological education can keep faith fresh and meaningful in a changing world, and equip people to press for more economic and ecological justice, peace and gender equality. Delegates from Italy, France, Canada, the Netherlands, Scotland, Cameroon, Ghana, China, Indonesia, Lebanon and Cuba were among the participants.
