WISCASSET – Tyler Tibbetts of Montville earned a win Saturday afternoon in the 25-lap Teen Division at Wiscasset Raceway, leading the race wire-to-wire for his seventh victory of the season.

Tibbetts outraced Cody Sleeper of Chelsea, who finished second. Ryan Ripley of Thomaston was third, Nick Hinkley of Wiscasset took fourth and Ed Sleeper of Vassalboro finished fifth.

At Hermon, J.R. Robinson of Steuben led from wire-to-wire to win the second race of the Strictly Street feature at Speedway 95 Saturday night.

Jim Carr, Jr. of Clifton was second, Brad Norris of Ellsworth third, Sam Whitmore of Corinna fourth and Alton’s Tim Dagget fifth.

Oxford Plains

Travis Adams of Canton passed Corey Morgan during the 20th lap and cruised the rest of the way to a win in the 40-lap Late Model feature Saturday night at Oxford Plains Speedway.

It was Adams’ third feature win of the season. Ricky Rolfe of Albany Township was the runner-up. Tim Brackett of Buckfield came in third, followed by Dale Verrill of Paris and Jeff White of Winthrop.
