LINCOLN – Lincoln scored twice in the top of the seventh to pull out a 5-3 District 3 ages 11-12 win over Millinocket in Little League baseball all-star play Thursday.
Dylan Archer singled to start the seventh, and Sutton Crosby followed with an infield single. Dakotah Jordan bunted and reached on an overthrow of first while Archer scored and Crosby moved to third. Crosby scored on Wyatt Tash’s fielder’s choice.
Archer finished with a triple, two singles, and an RBI, and winning pitcher Gavin Higgins added two singles and two RBIs.
Jordan Morrow topped Millinocket with a double and two singles, and Thomas Bulley posted two singles, including a two-out RBI basehit in the bottom of the sixth that sent the game into extra innings.

At Bar Harbor, Seth Vandegrift allowed only one hit and three walks while striking out nine to lead the Acadians to the shutout win over Sunrise.
