LINCOLN – Lincoln scored twice in the top of the seventh to pull out a 5-3 District 3 ages 11-12 win over Millinocket in Little League baseball all-star play Thursday. Dylan Archer singled to start the seventh, and Sutton Crosby followed with an infield single.

LINCOLN – Lincoln scored twice in the top of the seventh to pull out a 5-3 District 3 ages 11-12 win over Millinocket in Little League baseball all-star play Thursday.

Dylan Archer singled to start the seventh, and Sutton Crosby followed with an infield single. Dakotah Jordan bunted and reached on an overthrow of first while Archer scored and Crosby moved to third. Crosby scored on Wyatt Tash’s fielder’s choice.

Archer finished with a triple, two singles, and an RBI, and winning pitcher Gavin Higgins added two singles and two RBIs.

Jordan Morrow topped Millinocket with a double and two singles, and Thomas Bulley posted two singles, including a two-out RBI basehit in the bottom of the sixth that sent the game into extra innings.

At Old Town, Spencer Valley allowed two hits and one walk while striking out five to lead Brewer to victory over Old Town.

Ben Pushard doubled and singled to drive in two runs for Brewer. Valley tripled and Sam Stanhope hit an RBI single.

Johnny Toole doubled for Old Town and Gabe Melmed added a single.

At Holden, Ian Burgess hit a two-run home run in the first inning to lift Holbrook over Hermon.

Jon Deschaine and Charles Kimdya doubled for Holbrook. Brody Valley singled and scored a run.

Alex Pellitier and Logan Trembly singled for Hermon. Trembly recorded 10 strikeouts.

At Glenburn, Ben Bragg doubled and singled to drive in three runs and lift Glenburn over Katahdin.

Zeb Tuell tripled and doubled with two RBIs for Glenburn. Andrew Catlin had two doubles and Alex Campbell added two singles.

Bill Livezey had three singles and two RBIs to lead Katahdin. Robbie Rockwell singled twice and Spencer Anderson added an RBI single.

At Bar Harbor, Seth Vandegrift allowed only one hit and three walks while striking out nine to lead the Acadians to the shutout win over Sunrise.

Caleb Cough and Robbie Logue each had a triple and two singles with an RBI for the Acadians. Keegan McKim added two doubles and a single with an RBI.

Beaver Dublin singled and recorded 10 strikeouts for Sunrise.

Anthony Diafario sparked Katahdin Valley with a triple, a single, and an RBI.
