WATERVILLE – Donah Wang, who has Division I coaching experience, has been named head coach of the Colby College men’s and women’s tennis teams.
Wang had been an assistant with the women’s program at the University of Wisconsin since January, and coached the Edgewood College women’s squad prior to that.
He posted a 15-5 record in Lake Michigan Conference play and earned Conference Coach of the Year honors in 2005.
Wang played collegiate tennis at Binghamton University from 1991-95, leading the Bearcats to the NCAA Division III tournament his senior season. In addition to earning his bachelor’s degree from Binghamton, he earned a masters at Wisconsin in 1999.
