PROSPECT – You might already know this, but the Friends of Fort Knox will present its popular Psychic-Paranormal Faire at the fort this weekend.

The Faire will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, July 21-22. The event will feature dowsing demonstrations, lectures on paranormal and cryptozoology and psychic readings.

Lecturers will include Loren Coleman, one of the world’s leading cryptozoologists; Gordon Barton, former president of the American Dowsing Association; and Skye Taylor, who will discuss her findings from paranormal investigations at the fort.

Dowsing demonstrations will take place on the fort’s parade grounds and dowsing rods will be on sale at the gift shop. Psychic readings also will take place throughout the day.

Admission to the Faire is the regular fort admission: $3 for adults and $1 for children 5 to 11 years of age. For information call 469-6553 or visit fortknox.maineguide.com.
