BUCKSPORT – Phil Frost raced home with the game-winning run on a throwing error in the bottom of the ninth inning as the Bangor Junior League Baseball All-Stars nipped Bucksport 11-10 Friday.

The same teams will play today at 1 p.m. at the Bucksport High School field for the championship.

Jack Stacey doubled, singled and scored twice for Bangor and Adam King had two singles and two RBIs. Sam Patterson and Tyler Desjardins both hit two-run singles.

Tyler French led Bucksport with a double, two singles and two RBIs. Ryan Bailey hit a two-run double and a single and Cody Farrell singled twice and scored three runs. Andrew Giosia hit a two-run double while Tim Nason and Zach Hall each singled twice.
