HERMON – Phil Cayford allowed only one hit and two walks while striking out 10 Wednesday to earn the shutout in Aerus Electrolux’s 6-0 Bay League baseball win over Dovetail Furniture.

Aaron Brideau hit two singles and knocked in a run for Aerus. Mike Willis, Randy Renaud and Cayford each added an RBI single.

Nick Lancisi doubled in the seventh inning for Dovetail to break up the no-hitter.
