Bangor area transient James K. MacDougall entered the business plaza at 4 Union St. around 7 p.m. Thursday and removed all of his clothes, with the exception of his hat, sunglasses and a shoe.

MacDougall, who is confined to a wheelchair because one of his legs has been amputated, was summoned by Bangor police for indecent conduct and indecent exposure.

“He was apologetic, and assured the police units it would never happen again,” Sgt. Bob Bishop read Friday from the police report. (Aimee Dolloff, BDN)
