PARSONSFIELD – A Porter man who was killed during a weekend fight outside a home in this York County town died of two gunshot wounds to the chest, authorities said Monday.

The state medical examiner’s office reported the results of an autopsy Sunday on Todd Leblanc, 23, whose death was characterized by police as a homicide.

No charges have been filed.

The owner of the home, Jared Nichols, 28, told police he shot Leblanc and Peter Sampietro, 25, of Hiram after they showed up around 2 a.m. Saturday and confronted him on his property.

Nichols had earlier gotten into a fight with his girlfriend, who left the home and then returned with Leblanc, Sampietro and another woman. Sampietro was admitted to Maine Medical Center, where his condition had been listed as serious.
