CONWAY, N.H. – The Windham, Maine, man who has admitted publicly to killing three people in a Conway store last month is expected to say the same thing to a judge next week.

A plea hearing is scheduled next Friday for Michael Woodbury in Carroll County Superior Court. Lawyers on both sides of the case aren’t confirming anything, saying ethics rules prohibit discussing the case before a hearing.

The father of one of the victims says the Attorney General’s Office has told him that Woodbury will plead guilty to three counts of first-degree murder and serve life in prison.

Woodbury is charged with murdering store manager James Walker, of Denmark, Maine, and Massachusetts friends William Jones of Walpole and Gary Jones of Halifax.
