In the Aug. 9 Bangor Daily News, a column, “Unity elusive in debate over candidates cleavage” by Charlotte Allen was grossly overstated. The column, in some length, dealt with Hillary Rodham Clinton’s cleavage. In all the pictures I have ever seen, she had never been overexposed. I doubt if she ever will be, unless she appears in a very brief two-piece bikini; which I very much doubt. Washington Post writer Robin Givhan is also wrong. She does not resemble Elizabeth I, Catherine the Great, or Empress Maria Theresa.
Mrs. Clinton is a properly attired, well-qualified candidate for the office for which she is aspiring. She stands out far above the group of those also running. All hail Mrs. Clinton.
