Individuals and families in recovery from the effects of substance abuse or addiction are invited to attend a rally and celebration. The event will take place, rain or shine, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, at Capitol Park in Augusta.
Live music, recovery topic forums, children’s activities and free refreshments will be offered, and all who attend will receive a free T-shirt. For information, contact the Maine Alliance for Addiction Recovery at 458-4366 or go to www.masap.org and click on the “recovery” link.
