LIMESTONE – Kellie Peers’ goal on a penalty kick with 1:13 left in the second overtime lifted the Limestone Community School/ Maine School of Science and Mathematics to a 2-1 schoolgirl soccer win over the Hodgdon Hawks Monday.
Peers also scored the first goal with 8:37 left in the first half for the 1-4 Eagles. Audra Kirk made 14 saves on 18 shots.
Dana Tidd scored with 17:53 left in the second half for 1-3-1 Hodgdon. Emily Jurson stopped 11 of 13 shots.
Ashland 7, Central Aroostook 2
At Ashland, Jacky Raymond scored two goals and assisted another to lift Ashland over Central Aroostook of Mars Hill.
Crystal Cook added two goals for the 2-0 Hornets. Whitney Flint and Jackie D’Ozier both had a goal and an assist and Jessica Jimmo scored a goal. Taylor Baker stopped six of eight shots and also provided an assist.
Ashley Eastbrook and Brittany Mosher scored for 2-3-1 Central Aroostook. Robyn Graham made 16 saves on 28 shots.
Caribou 2, Houlton 0
At Houlton, Christine Savage scored an unassisted goal with nine minutes left in the first half to push Caribou past Houlton.
Jenna Selander added a goal with 6:44 left in the second half for 2-0 Caribou. Brittany Doak blocked all 13 shots for the shutout.
Bethany Targonski made 30 saves on 32 shots for 0-3 Houlton.
Van Buren 5, Limestone 2
At Limestone on Friday, Jamie Allen and Taylor Parent each recorded a goal and an assist to lead the Crusaders by the Limestone Community School/Maine School of Science and Mathematics.
Kristy Leanard, Jenna Bouchard and Jennifer Ouellette each chipped in with a goal for the winners. Ouellette and Trisha Gagnon combined for two saves on four shots.
Kellie Peers scored two unassisted goals for Limestone and Audra Kirk made 21 saves on 26 shots.

LCS/MSSM 3, Hodgdon 0
At Limestone, Alden Blease, Dylan Morgan and Chris Parent scored first-half goals to lead Limestone Community School/Maine School of Science and Mathematics to victory over Hodgdon.
A.J. Rossignol blocked all six shots for 1-4-1 Limestone.
Dan McGillicuddy made 18 saves on 23 shots for 0-5 Hodgdon.
Caribou 3, Houlton 2
At Houlton, the Vikings scored all three of their goals in a 10-minute span in the first half and held on for the victory.
Ethan McDuffie and Kyle Corrigan tallied unassisted goals for 1-0 Caribou while the Vikes’ third goal was knocked in by a Houlton defender. Eric Brown had six saves on eight shots.
Ben Austin scored one goal and assisted on another by Ryan Hill for 0-3 Houlton. Ryan Van Buskirk stopped 11 of 14 shots.
Fort Kent 3, Madawaska 0
At Fort Kent, Corey Voisine scored two unassisted goals while Joe Soucy added another to pace Fort Kent’s victory.
Matt Harvey saved nine out of 19 shots for the 2-0 Warriors.
Nate Beaulieu had seven saves on 14 shots for 4-1 Madawaska.
