The Bangor Region Chamber of Commerce will hold a two-part seminar on customer service for local businesses.

The “Extraordinary Customer Service Workshop” aims to help businesses improve employees’ customer service skills with lessons on customer profiles, meeting and greeting customers, and dealing with difficult customers.

The course will be held at Eastern Maine Community College from 8:30 a.m. to noon Sept. 5 and Sept. 12. Cost is $50 for Chamber members and $60 for nonmembers. To sign up, visit www.bangorregion.com or e-mail Mike Youngblood at brccmembers@bangorregion.com. Limited seating is available.
