BANGOR – Food and Medicine and the Eastern Maine Labor Council will present James McMurtry and the Heartless Bastards in a benefit concert 6-11 p.m. Monday, Sept. 3, Labor Day, at Main and Railroad streets on the Bangor Waterfront. Doors will open at 5 p.m.

BANGOR – Food and Medicine and the Eastern Maine Labor Council will present James McMurtry and the Heartless Bastards in a benefit concert 6-11 p.m. Monday, Sept. 3, Labor Day, at Main and Railroad streets on the Bangor Waterfront. Doors will open at 5 p.m.
The concert also will feature Gilpin Railroad Incident.
The concert will raise funds for the opening of The Workers’ Center of Eastern Maine.
Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door. Children age 10 and under will be admitted free.
Tickets may be purchased at Bull Moose Music, Maine Square Mall, Hogan Road. For information, stop by Food and Medicine, 20 Ivers St., Brewer, or call 989-5860.
