Dr. Katherine N. Harrington, an assistant professor of French at the University of Maine at Fort Kent, has co-authored a foreign language reference book, “Recipes for Success in Foreign Language Teaching: Ready-Made Activities for the L2 Classroom.”

The book, co-authored with Tina Ware, a professor of Spanish at Oklahoma Christian University in Edmond, Okla., collects 50 teaching strategies, activities and ready-made lessons from language educators from all over the world. The lessons are both traditional and contemporary and can benefit French and Spanish instructors.

The book is published by Lincom Europa of Munich, Germany.
