BAILEYVILLE – The Town Council meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, in the municipal building. Among items on the agenda are department reports, Maine Municipal Association convention, budget discussion and Eastern Maine Electric Co-op rate increases.
