MILLINOCKET – Jerry Hinson of Stockton Springs recorded a hole-in-one on the 153-yard eighth hole at Hillcrest Golf Club Tuesday. Hinson used a 6-iron to notch the ace, and it was witnessed by Kent Johnson of Stockton Springs.

ROSALIE WHITE

BANGOR – Rosalie White of Bangor shot a hole-in-one Tuesday at Bangor Municipal Golf Course. White made the shot on the 139-yard sixth hole using a 3-wood. It was witnessed by Velma Stewart, Susan Brooker and Paul MacLeod.
