Outlook: Dan Lichterman makes his debut as the Black Bears’ head coach. Ouellette had a goal and five assists in the 13-1 win over Sacred Heart last season. Both teams will have a lot of newcomers in their lineups and this will give both coaches a chance to see them in action as well as giving them an opportunity to do some experimenting. The Black Bears will give the Pioneers problems with their speed. Maine played a much tougher schedule than the Pioneers last season. Maine has an upcoming series with national powerhouse Mercyhurst the following weekend so this will give them some game action.
