HAMPDEN – Katie Foster scored on a Michaela Stephenson assist early in the first half and the Hampden Academy Broncos made the score stand up for a 1-0 schoolgirl soccer win over the Lawrence Bulldogs Saturday.
Michelle Wells made seven saves on 21 shots for the 6-3-1 Broncos.
Jess Poulin made nine saves on 16 shots for 6-4 Lawrence of Fairfield.
Central 3, Presque Isle 3 (2OT)
At Presque Isle, Randi McHugh scored for Central with 8:00 left in the second half to force a tie with Presque Isle through two overtimes.
Marissa Haney and Kelsey McHugh each added a goal while Molly Chretien and Kristie Collins each had an assist. Jana Philbrick made 30 saves on 45 shots for the 2-6-3 Red Devils.
Kayla Legasse, Melissa McGary and Sarah Porter each scored a goal for Presque Isle. Chantelle Cyr and Kasey Wilcox each posted an assist while Kelsey Park made six saves on 10 shots for the 6-2-3 Wildcats.
DI-Stonington 3, Schenck 2
At Deer Isle, Leti Douglass scored the game-winning goal with 28:26 remaining in the game to lift Deer Isle-Stonington past Schenck of East Millinocket.
Holly Brewer and Lauren MacDonald each added a goal while Douglass and Brewer each had an assist. Britnie Jones made 12 saves on 25 shots for the 4-6 Mariners.
Kristina Jamo and Jade Bouchard each netted a goal for Schenck. Tricia Hobbs made six saves on 13 shots for the 1-8 Wolverines.
Bucksport 3, Hermon 0
At Hermon, Paige Pelletier, Keely Sullivan and Madi Daigle scored to lead Bucksport past Hermon.
Jamie Lanpher assisted Daigle’s goal for 4-5-1 Bucksport. Stephanie Bridges made 12 saves on 16 shots.
Megan Herbert turned away 12 of 17 shots for 2-6-1 Hermon.
Searsport 3, Orono 2
At Orono, Tianna Faunch scored two goals including the game-winning goal with 12:00 remaining in the game to lift Searsport past Orono.
Sarah Bradshaw added a goal while Meghan Higgins made 14 saves on 20 shots for the 7-3 Vikings.
Kalie Hess and Lauren Wheeler each scored a goal for Orono while Meghan Curtis and Rachel Balaban-Garber each had an assist. Brittney Pinkham and Ruth Mares combined to make eight saves on 12 shots for the 7-3 Red Riots.
Bangor 3, Skowhegan 1
At Bangor, Jenny Leach, Amy Hackett and Kim Jordan each netted a goal to lead Bangor by Skowhegan.
Catherine Leclair grabbed an assist while Kortnie Hutchins made five saves on six shots for the 7-3 Rams.
Jordan Atkinson scored for Skowhegan off an assist from Hannah Pillsbury. Krystal Johnson made 18 saves on 27 shots for the 1-9 Indians.

Piscataquis 2, PVHS 1
At Howland, Christine Davis tallied two goals in the second half to lift Piscataquis past Penobscot Valley of Guilford.
Jill Martell stopped 14 of 17 shots for the 6-2-1 Pirates.
Lyndsay Drost scored for PVHS in the first half off a pass from Molly Thompson. Julie Theriault made nine saves on 10 shots for the 3-6 Howlers.

Bangor 1, Morse 0
At Bangor, Hillary Throckmorton scored on a penalty corner 11:54 into the second half to lift Bangor over Morse.
Hilary Babin stopped all 16 shots for Bangor.
Alexandra Rodriguez made eight saves on nine shots for Morse.

Presque Isle 9, Central 1
At Presque Isle, Steve Carmichael had a hat trick with three goals to lead Presque Isle to victory over Central of Corinth.
Warren Zubrick had two goals and two assists for the 8-1-1 Wildcats. Chad Carlin added two goals and an assist and Russ Mortland chipped in a goal and three assists. Dillion Kingsbury and Mark Carvell combined for seven saves on eight shots.
Tyler Speed scored 5-3-2 Central’s lone goal. Tyler Pineo and Jon Daniel combined to make 24 saves on 33 shots.
JV: Presque Isle 2-0
DI-Stonington 3, Schenck 2
At Deer Isle, Nathan Joyce scored two goals including the winner with 7:40 left in the second half to lead Deer Isle-Stonington to victory over Schenck of East Millinocket.
Jay Boyce scored with 35:42 remaining in the first half off of an Eben Powers assist for the 4-3-1 Mariners. Boyce assists Joyce’s first-half goal. Joe Carter made 13 saves on 15 shots.
Trevor Violette and Aaron Hutchins scored second-half goals for 2-5-2 Schenck. Lanny Thompson turned away 14 of 17 shots.
Bucksport 3, Hermon 2
At Bucksport, Dom Kone scored two goals including the winner with 9:58 left in the second half to lead Bucksport to its first win.
Jon Goodin scored an unassisted goal for 1-8 Bucksport and Jordan Trasko provided an assist on Kone’s first goal. Ross Bowden stopped 21 of 25 shots.
Ryan Kimball scored both of 2-6 Hermon’s goal. Alex Pedersen had an assist. Cory Johnson made 18 saves on 24 shots.

At Greenville, Luke Hammond scored two goals and grabbed three assists to power Rangeley past Greenville.
Devon Sargent, Nels Christensen and David Raymond each added a goal. Quinn Philbrick made 17 saves on 21 shots for 9-2 Rangeley.
Tim Post made 14 saves on 21 shots for 4-3 Greenville.
Bangor 3, Skowhegan 0
At Skowhegan, Brian Loiselle scored twice to push Bangor past Skowhegan.
Cody Cormier added a goal for the 10-0 Rams. Nick George, Ryan Larochelle and Jimmy Burns provided assists. Erik Milles and Bud Angst combined for one save on three shots.
Nick Beaulieu made seven saves on 21 shots for 1-9 Skowhegan.

Nokomis 3, Brewer 3 (2OT)
At Newport, Mark Gustin of Nokomis and Brewer’s Chris Brady didn’t allow a goal through two overtimes.
Jordan Woodbury tied it at 3-3 with 38:20 left in the second half off of a Jordan Richards assist for 0-10-1 Nokomis. Sam Wilson scored and Woodbury added another goal. Gustin stopped 19 of 24 shots.
Taylor Tremble scored a goal in each half for 6-3-2 Brewer and Todd Ramsey added a goal. Brady made 10 saves on 16 shots.

Bangor Christian 4, Lee 0
At Bangor, Brandon Wilcox scored two goals to lead the Bangor Christian Patriots past Lee Academy.
Zach Kutz had a goal and two assists while Brett Bradford added a goal and an assist for the 9-1-1 Patriots. Sam McLeod notched his third shutout with four saves on four shots.
A.J. Harris made 15 saves on 29 shots for the 1-8-1 Pandas.
