A racino is a bad idea for Calais for a number of reasons. It’s just too far away for most horsemen to travel to race. Racetracks have to have the horses to fill their cards. Without the horses, a racino would be short-lived.

I believe in all honesty that a racino somewhere else in Washington County would work for most people.
