Big School (Classes A-B)

IAN EDWARDS

The Bangor High senior quarterback was key to the Rams’ 28-27 overtime win over Lewiston Friday. Edwards passed for 120 yards, rushed for 71, and scored three touchdowns, including the game winner.

Small School (Classes C-D)

ORION COCHRANE

Cochrane, a junior at Greenville, carded a 4-over-par 76, the lowest individual score in Class C, in Saturday’s state team golf championships at Natanis Golf Course in Vassalboro.

GIRLS

Big School (Classes A-B)

MORGAN CHASSE

Chasse, a junior forward on the John Bapst girls soccer team, scored seven goals in three games to help the Crusaders go to 10-0-3. She scored three goals each against Old Town and MDI and had one in a win over Central of Corinth.

Small School (Classes C-D)

AARIKA RITCHIE

The Lee senior became the second Panda player to reach the 100-career goal level when she scored three goals Tuesday in a 6-0 win over Penquis of Milo. She tallied eight goals in Lee’s last three games, all 6-0 wins, as the Pandas wrapped up a 14-0 regular season.
