CARIBOU – The Maine Winter Sports Center has hired Melissa York, a 2002 Colby College graduate, as a community development coach.
The position involves serving as a resource to communities looking to start new outdoor recreation programs, including skiing programs, and providing support to communities with existing programs.
York, a Suffern, N.Y., native, ran cross country for the White Mules and graduated with a degree in biology.
