A gluten-free holiday

Gluten-free cooking just got easier: From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, Suzanne Dunham will give a seminar on gluten intolerance and celiac disease at Natural Living Center in Bangor. Paws for the globe

Conservation-minded dog owners now can reduce their dog’s carbon pawprint with Bite o’ Blue, the antioxidant-rich dog treat from Peaked Mountain Farm in Dedham. Inn the holiday spirit
