College planning focus of workshops

The Maine Educational Opportunity Center will hold several Essentials of College planning workshops throughout the state. MEOC helps qualified adults make the transition toward a college education.

Workshops are scheduled at the following times and places:

. Dec. 4 – Bangor Housing Authority, Davis Road, 1:15 p.m.

. Dec. 4 – University College Rockland, 91 Camden St., 9 a.m.

. Dec. 5 – Hutchinson Center, Belmont Avenue, Belfast, 9 a.m.

. Dec. 5 – Bucksport Adult and Community Education Learning Center, Bridge Street, 6 p.m.

. Dec. 5 – Presque Isle Career Center, Spruce Street, 9 a.m.

. Dec. 5 – Bangor Career Center, Oak Street, 9 a.m.

. Dec. 6 – Houlton Higher Education Center, Military Street, 9 a.m.

. Dec. 6 – University College of Bangor, Texas Avenue, 9 a.m.

. Dec. 6 – Ellsworth Career Center, State Street, 9 a.m.

. Dec. 6 – Augusta Career Center, Anthony Avenue, 9 a.m.
