Caitlyn Laflin

University of Maine at Farmington sophomore forward Caitlyn Laflin was named the North Atlantic Conference Women’s Basketball Player of the Week. Laflin hit three free throws with no time remaining to lead the Beavers past Lasell 67-66.

Jillian Ross

University of Maine at Farmington freshman guard Jillian Ross was honored as the Women’s Basketball Co-Rookie of the Week by the North Atlantic Conference. Ross had eight points and seven rebounds off the bench in a 69-58 win over Thomas.

Katie Pushard

Freshman guard Katie Pushard of Maine Maritime Academy was named the North Atlantic Conference Co-Rookie of the Week. Pushard scored a career-high 13 points and had six assists against Colby.

Genevieve Turgeon

University of Maine junior goaltender Genevieve Turgeon was named the Hockey East ITECH Goaltender of the Month for November. In five games, Turgeon averaged 33.4 saves per game with a .933 save percentage.
