Gov. John Baldacci has ordered that U.S. and state flags be flown at half-staff today from sunrise to sunset in remembrance of Sgt. Blair William Emery. The Lee native was killed Nov. 30 by an improvised explosive device in Baqoubah, Iraq, on Nov. 30. His funeral is scheduled for noon today at the Lee Academy gym.
