Army National Guard Pvt. Shawn M. Wilcox has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Knox, Ky. During the nine-week training period, he received instruction in weapons, chemical warfare and military justice, among others. Wilcox is the son of Ronald and Angela Wilcox of Crouseville and is a student at Washburn District High School in Washburn.
