ASHLAND – Mindy Chasse notched a double-double with 27 points and 16 rebounds and hit all nine of her free-throw attempts to power Ashland to a 52-39 girls basketball victory over Katahdin of Stacyville Monday night.
Whitney Flint had 13 points, 12 rebounds and six steals for the Hornets and Crystal Cook added 10 points.
Olivia McNally scored 17 points for Katahdin.
