Life coach to conduct resolution workshop

CAMDEN – Certified life coach Nancy Lubin, will conduct the fourth annual New Year’s Resolutions from the Inside Out workshop from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, at the Waterfalls Event Center in the Knox Woolen Mill.

This interactive workshop will help participants take stock of the lessons learned in last year and create a workable road map for the new one. Participants will review last year’s wins, losses and breakthroughs before setting goals for 2008. Then they will set reachable goals within a warm community setting and consider strategies for achieving them.
