PORTSMOUTH, R.I. – Pete Levesque of Portland is a nominee for U.S. Sailing’s 2007 Rolex Yachtsman of the Year Award. The winner will be announced in January.

Levesque, one of 10 nominees for the award, has won seven championships including the ISAF Team Racing World Championship in Spain, and was first among 42 teams in the Charles River Open Team Race in Cambridge, Mass.
