The Maine Heritage Policy Center will host two policy luncheons this week.
On Wednesday, the Maine Prosperity Luncheon, a monthly public policy forum in Bangor, will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Sea Dog Brewing Co., at 26 Front St.
Scott Moody, vice president of policy and chief economist for The Maine Heritage Policy Center, will discuss the role of federal expenditures in Maine’s economy.
Maine Issues Forum, a monthly public policy luncheon in Portland, will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. Thursday at DiMillo’s Floating Restaurant at 25 Long Wharf. Moody will again be the featured speaker.
