ROCKPORT – The January meeting of the Midcoast Chapter 2169 of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association will be at noon Tuesday, Jan. 22, at the Off Shore Restaurant on Route 1.

Mark Biscoe, local historian and author, is the guest speaker and will discuss Waldoboro history.
