Caravoulias scores 27 as Lasell beats St. Joe’s

STANDISH – Brad Caravoulias scored 27 points Thursday night to lead Lasell College of Auburndale, Mass., to an 82-73 men’s basketball victory over Saint Joseph’s College.

Jose Guitian had 13 points and 20 rebounds and Corey Godfrey added 17 points for the winners.

Elbie Murphy had 24 points and four steals to lead the Monks and Scott Vachon added 14 points, 10 rebounds and five assists. Alberto Rue and Chris Davis contributed 14 and 12 points, respectively.
