BANGOR – Brandon Tomah and Tim Johnson each scored 16 points to lead the Lee Academy Postgrads past Husson’s JV team 73-69 in men’s basketball action Thursday night at Newman Gym.
Gil Melchior had 11 points for Lee.
Joe Kane led Husson with 19 points and Cam Puls added 14 while Chris Byron had 13.

Greg Whitaker and Jamaal Caterina each recorded double-doubles, chalking up 16 and 14 points to go with 10 rebounds apiece.
Drew Coppenrath registered 14 points and eight boards and Foster Oakley 12 points.
Alberto Rue and Raymond Eaton tallied 17 points each for the Monks.

Bryan Wholey had 17 points, seven rebounds and six assists for the Bates Bobcats. Sean Wirth grabbed 10 rebounds and Scott Place had 10 points coming off the bench.
