On Sunday, Feb. 10, Penobscot County Democrats will attend caucuses to indicate their preferences among the Democratic presidential candidates. In addition, Democrats in each town will select delegates to this spring’s state Democratic convention, elect municipal officers and County Committee members, and discuss policy issues.
