A 19-year-old male walked into Domino’s Pizza on Clinton Street in Bangor around 1:40 p.m. Sunday and told employees that he had been stabbed.

The man, who is listed as a Bangor transient, had two minor knife wounds to his abdomen, Detective Sgt. Paul Kenison said Monday.

“They were not very deep,” the officer said.

The man was taken to Eastern Maine Medical Center for treatment and later released. The case is still under investigation, but Kenison was able to say the conflict involved three people, who have past history with one another. Charges are pending, he said.

A small knife, which police believe was the weapon used in the assault, was recovered from Second Street.
