Runners who wish to register for this summer’s TD Banknorth Beach to Beacon 10K Road Race in Cape Elizabeth will have to do so via the Internet.
For the first time in the race’s 11-year history, paper registration forms will not be available, and registration for the Aug. 2 race, which is capped at 5,500 entrants, will take place via www.beach2beacon.org.
Spots are expected to fill fast, as online registration closed in 10 days last year, due in part to the steady growth of the process. Eighty-five to 90 percent of the field registered online last year.
For more information, visit www.beach2beacon.org.
