WATERVILLE – Dave Pardilla broke a scoreless tie, scoring a goal seven minutes into the third period on assists from Christian Dionne and Johnny Warren, to lead Bangor to a 2-0 Class A hockey victory over Waterville at Alfond Arena on Friday night.

Warren added an insurance goal five minutes later off assists from Dionne and Nick George for 9-9 Bangor. Andrew Riley earned the shutout by stopping all 38 shots.

Nolan McDonnell made 36 saves on 38 shots for 12-6 Waterville.

JV: Bangor 7-3
