The University of Maine baseball team will open the season on Saturday, Feb. 23 at Delaware State University. The games have been pushed back a day due to inclement weather forecasts for Friday. The Black Bears will play a single game on Saturday starting at 2:30 p.m. The teams will play a doubleheader on Sunday, Feb. 24 starting at 12 p.m. and then a single game on Monday, Feb. 25 at 1 p.m.

Bowdoin offers free admission to youths

The Bowdoin College men’s hockey team is offering free admission to youth hockey players as the Polar Bears clash with St. Michael’s on Friday at 7 p.m. and Norwich at 4 p.m. Saturday.
