BOSTON – Bryan Rouse dropped in a game-high 28 points which included a 10-for- 11 effort at the foul line as Emerson defeated Saint Joseph’s of Standish 79-75 in a GNAC men’s basketball semifinal Thursday night.
Jeremy Shannon scored 18 points and Tom Messinger 14 for the winners.
Alberto Rue and Elbie Murphy led five Monks in double figures with 14 points apiece. Scot Vachon netted 12 while Eric Friend and Raymond Eatmon each added 10.
