Incumbent Selectman Richard Desmarais has won re-election to a second three-year term and will be joined on the Board of Selectmen by Douglas Norman, who also won a three-year term as the result of Tuesday’s balloting.
Norman topped the ticket with 216 votes, followed by Desmarais with 186 votes, Cynthia Griffin with 120 votes and Laura Donnelly with 76 votes.
In the race for two seats on the SAD 56 board of directors, incumbent Joseph Altilio polled 213 votes and write-in candidate Amber Snow polled 112 votes in winning three-year terms. Anthony Bagley received 28 write-in votes and Mike Hamilton received seven write-in votes.
Elected to two-year terms on the budget committee were Altilio, Brian Callahan, Doris Fahlberg, Milford Grant, Rexford Kelly, Percy King, Michael Nahme, Keith Otis and Dennis Wood.
