Husson College’s Dyke Center for Family Business will host a panel discussion with local experts on marketing, advertising and public relations for small businesses and start-up companies.

The event will be held 10 a.m. -1 p.m. Thursday, March 27, and the keynote speaker will be Jan Kaufman-Anderson, founder of J Group Advertising of Bangor. A panel presentation and audience discussion of the methods and benefits of good marketing and advertising and why business owners should engage in networking activities will follow.

Panelists include Deb Neuman, Target Technology Incubator at the University of Maine; Carol Colson, Bangor Savings Bank; and Chris Winstead, Bangor Savings Bank.
