shirts for girls, manufactured in China and distributed by Rebelette International Trading Corp., because a drawstring through the hood could pose a strangulation or entrapment hazard. No injuries have been reported. The sweat shirts were sold at Marshalls stores and children’s clothing shops around the country between July and September 2007. . About 2,000 Infantino “Lamb Grabby Rattles,” manufactured in China by Infantino LLC, because the tail portion of the lamb-shaped rattle can detach. This poses a choking hazard. The company has received eight reports of tails detaching, but no reports of injuries.
