BANGOR – A dollhouse with more than $1,000 worth of furniture, lighting, people and accessories will be a featured item during the annual dinner- auction of All Saints Catholic School.
The event will begin with a silent auction at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, April 5, at Spectacular Event Center on Griffin Road. The dinner will begin at 6 p.m.
The dollhouse was donated for the auction by Sister Mary Norberta, president and CEO of St. Joseph Hospital, and a friend, neither of whom had a dollhouse growing up. They furnished the dollhouse over a period of several years.
Tickets to the dinner-auction are $30 each and are available from either campus of All Saints School.
A few of the items to be auctioned are:
. A refurbished pew from the original St. Mary’s Church on Cedar Street.
. A gourmet catered dinner party for eight.
. Skybox tickets to a University of Maine women’s basketball game, including limousine transportation.
. A signed hockey stick and two skybox tickets to a University of Maine men’s hockey game.
. Two kayaks with paddles and flotation devices.
. A carriage ride for two and one night in the honeymoon suite at the Brewster Inn in Dexter.
. A Proform elliptical machine.
. A 16-bottle, fully stocked wine refrigerator.
. One hundred gallons of heating oil from Webber Energy.
. A signed Ricky Craven jacket and hat.
In addition, a raffle is being conducted for airline tickets for two adults and two children from Bangor to Orlando, Fla., six nights’ stay at the Comfort Inn, and four passes to Universal theme parks for seven days. Tickets are $50 each, and only 100 tickets will be sold. They are available for purchase at either campus of All Saints School.
