Army National Guard Pvt. Robert A. Rich, son of Deborah Parmigiani of Houlton and grandson of Janice Heller of Haynesville, has graduated from basic infantry training at Fort Benning, Columbus, Ga. He is a 2005 graduate of Hodgdon High School.
