WINDHAM – Some teenagers who purchased items that could be used to make a bomb are facing criminal charges.
Police say the four teens bought the products Friday and planned to make a bomb.
Investigators say the boys aroused suspicion at a Hannaford supermarket because of the products they were purchasing and the way they were acting.
To discourage copycat crimes, police aren’t saying what the teens bought. All four have been summoned for criminal use of explosives
