HARRINGTON – Kam Jordan doubled, singled and knocked in three runs to help lift Narraguagus High School to an 11-2 schoolboy baseball victory over Machias Friday.
Corey Smith hit three singles for the Knights.

At Rockport, Jake Wheeler allowed three hits and two walks while striking out four to lead Winslow to the shutout win over Camden Hills.
Scott Siviski hit an RBI triple in the fourth inning for Winslow. Neil Carnahan and Chris Brawn each hit a double and a single. Gabe Blodgett struck out eight in five innings on the mound.
Gordon Fischer provided all of Camden Hills’ hitting with two doubles and a single.

At Lee, Matt O’Brien had four singles and four RBIs to lift Calais over Lee Academy.
Zack Newman doubled twice and knocked in two runs for Calais. Josh Gillespie tripled and doubled while striking out eight.
Dean MacDonald singled twice for Lee and Allan Smith added an RBI single in the fifth inning.

At Oakland, Greg Higgins and Prentiss Swett combined on a four-hitter and Swett and Eric White drove in two runs apiece as Brewer improved to 3-0.
Higgins struck out five and walked five while allowing three hits and three runs (two earned) in six innings before Swett pitched a scoreless seventh.
White had a pair of singles, Billy Bissell doubled and Swett had a run-scoring single and run-producing fielder’s choice.

At Newport, Sam Bedore tossed a one-hitter, striking out 11 and walking two, and Kim Jordan opened the game with a homer as Bangor topped Nokomis.
Eliza Estabrook had a pair of run-scoring singles while Amy Hackett and Erin Dean had two base hits apiece for the Rams.
Autumn Silke’s first-inning infield single was Nokomis’ lone hit. Patrice Cianchette hurled a complete-game nine-hitter for Nokomis with 11 strikeouts and two walks.
