ORONO – The Orono Public Library will present its second annual Pixie Ball at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 3, at the Keith Anderson Community House, Bennoch Road.

Children age 3 and up are asked to dress as fairies, elves and other magical woodland creatures for the event.

A member of the Robinson Ballet will be on hand to assist youngsters with the Pixie Promenade in which participants have the opportunity to show off their “fairy fashions.” Dancing and refreshments will be part of the fun. A Pixie Boutique will have trinkets and books available for purchase.
