DOVER-FOXCROFT – Richard L. Pattenaude, chancellor of the University of Maine System, will be guest speaker at the Piscataquis Chamber of Commerce’s Issues and Eggs breakfast series at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 28, at the Covered Bridge Restaurant.

The chancellor oversees Maine’s largest education and research entity and is heavily involved in issues related to Maine’s economy and quality of life. He will speak on “Jobs, Products and Economic Growth: The Return on Investment from University-based Research and Development.”
